Sarah Fitzpatrick
An experienced practitioner in international industrial relations, community development and social policy – with global networks across Europe, Asia and the Pacific.
For many years based in Geneva, experienced in working with a range of international organisations and networks – United Nations and multi-lateral organisations, international labour organisations and program donors (European, Australian and global).
In recent years, operating from Australia, has worked with Asia Pacific regional organisations with a particular focus on sustainable forestry programs, workplace HIV/Aids programs, women and work, community and stakeholder development in South East Asian and Pacific Island nations.
Continues to provide policy advice and development, program design, implementation, management,research, consulting and evaluation throughout South East Asia and the Pacific Islands.
Tim Woods
Almost 20 years experience as a negotiator, campaigner, public spokesperson and communicator in diverse settings, including workplaces, within industry and in government and multi-lateral forums in Australia and internationally.
Expert in industry strategy, innovative solutions and industrial developments, especially in the pulp and paper, forestry and manufacturing industries Recent work has focussed on organisational restructuring, climate change and trade negotiation and general project leadership/management.

Carolyn Day
A specialist event manager and coordinator, Carolyn manages FWC's Sydney office and organises meetings, conference and other events for FWC and provides travel and logistics support to the consulting team.

Dr Mihai Daian
Mihai Daian is a wood processing expert with both international and Australian experience. Mihai has worked on sustainable development projects, including in Asia where he worked on advanced timber processing for furniture manufacturing.
Mihai is currently participating in the review of the forest management standard for the Australian Forestry Standard and initiating new international sustainable forest management projects with an emphasis on co-benefits from wood production, carbon management and sustainable livelihood opportunities.
Mihai is currently an Honorary fellow of the Department of Forest and Ecosystem Science of The University of Melbourne.

Joses Tuhanuku
Over 30 years experience in governance, project management, leadership and sustainable development initiatives in the Solomon Islands.
Served three terms as an elected member of the National Parliament of the Solomon Islands including as Leader of Opposition. Twice a member of the Solomon Islands cabinet, as Minister of Forestry and Conservation and Minister for Trade and Commerce.
Joses founded the Solomon Islands National Union of Workers. A long time anti-corruption campaigner, working with Transparency Solomon Islands. More recently Joses has been working on the ground breaking forest industries capacity building project in Solomon Islands.
Currently a member of the Board of Directors of the National Provident Fund (Solomon Islands retirement saving scheme) and South Pacific Oil, Joses is one of Solomon Islands leading citizens.
